Kindling – coaching & healing for women who are ready to glow

With a coaching conversation as the foundation, we will be identifying a focus area/point for the session and establish an intended outcome collaboratively – through asking questions that guide you to clarity within. We will end with an actionable next step and then close off the session with reiki+sound to allow relaxation and integration. With the healing vibrations and energy, the nervous system regulates, starts to feel safe and we align wholly with the intention to manifest the unfolding of your highest good.
